I reside in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Since the past around one month, I am facing terrible network problems. It takes one minute to send a whatsapp message to someone and upto five minutes to send a picture. I am suffering the most because of these network issues I am not able to connect to my college lectures. I am not able to join my online lectures which is turning out devastating. First I switched from vodaphone to airtel thinking it’s better, but what I found out is completely opposite. Please look into this matter and try to resolve this as soon as possible. I’ll be obliged to you for that.
