Respected sir,
I live at Adra in Purulia dist. W.B, pin-723121. Sir, I am complaining jio network and slow internet both of issues from more than 10 months. The service request no is SR00000XUJ8L. Sir, whenever I tried to call customer care they didn’t transfer my call arguing that HR is busy or don’t want to take a call and we are working on this issue. If the team is working so hard then why we can’t see the effort. I mean complaining for 10 months they are yet just excusing on the same. Sir, my family have 5 jio numbers and they all are facing the same problem. 399 for 84 days matters for we middle class families. Sir, I was a big fan of jio but nowadays it’s in utter condition.
My humble request to you sir, please take a look at that.
