Iam a customer of airtel. Your advertisement of okla network as shown in TV ads, I recharged airtel for RS 399 in my phone, but internet is not running in my phone. Volte not detecting as well as 4G. merely a H+ is coming due to which I could not browse on any website. Poor condition of tower and network. Internet not working. This is a breach of trust of customer depending on Airtel. The recharge of RS 399 for a poor and middle class family in the current situation is very huge to afford.
