I have taken Airtel broadband black scheme. September 13th morning I was facing outage problem. I have raised the request(10260947193) regarding this and attached evidence with this complaint. Today 16th September still now there is no response. I called the customer around 20 times 5time per the day but they had said same dialogue it will be resolved today. Even am tried to connect engineer, technician, superviser, manager, etc., but no one not responding even they are cut the call instead of attending. Am very frauturated and sad. These kind of approach is not good for public relationship. I got loss of pay for these last 4days without network connection not able to work from home. Please provide me the justice for my loss and mental pressure still my issue has been persist
