my mobile network is on. But I can’t use internet and also I can’t receive or send any sms from my mobile. I also raise a complaint at 198. But there is no response at your end. What else can I do???? I can’t go to any airtel show room because of lock down. My mobile no 8122173301.. I can’t send any sms or complaint from my mobile because of this issue
