I haven’t received any internet for 2 weeks from the service provider. It started on 11th of February, when the Airtel went out all over India. I waited for a long time hoping they would restore the issue. I tried calling customer care and the computer generated voice kept on saying please co-operate for more than 2 weeks. This kind if behaviour is unacceptable and is a violation of my basic rights to assess the internet. In the modern world which revolves around the internet, being without the internet has affected my studies.
