For the past two days there is no proper network connectivity in our area james nagar,muttom kanyakumari district.people nearby all are facing the same issues.students including me are not able to attend there online classes whenever i call ivr 121 customer care they are not connecting as i press 1 there is no response and it goes on. And also we couldnt make a call even in emergency cases and have to move to a very longer distance to get a network to speak even phone.This is very disgusting and we need an effective solution.please make sure we get a proper network connectivity as we are paying for your service.
