Dear jio,
We are countinue facing slow speed and low coverage at my location, I concerned about the coverage only -115dbm network strength showing as per your my jio.
Hardly we can talk, data using is next to possible, this condition is not in my house even you can not talk with walk, because every corner of the start have overlapping network strenth some place ok, some place zero.
You are taking 599 rupees for worse calling, this is not fare you should waver the amount where your customer is suffering even for calling. Now we are the same situation just because of you we have forget the about Internet surfing.
I have complaint many time about network, your cc team said , “have a patience,We will resolve it in next 6 months” then why you are deducting day from my plan this plan would be start after 6 months.
