network isues no proper service by airtel teamsir, we have taken a connection in the 15-03-2020 by paying a yearly mode payment. my no. is 080-41479863 hence I request u that pls disconnect my connection due to the worst service from your team. every week I am facing the disconnection of the net and telephone and it is resolving after 4 to 5 days continuously.for example I service requested on 10-08-20 it is resolved on 14-08-2020. again it got a problem on 28-08-20 and it has been resolved on 31-08-20. after that same problem raised on 05-09-20 and till now it has not resolved. for every time I have to call 100 to 150 calls to your customer care. I am losing the business without the internet and even I am facing the security problem in my premises without the internet. hence I request you please disconnect my connection and refund our full amount what we have paid. this connection is been canceling due to the worst service of your service team. no any other reasons
