To whomsoever it may concern:
This is Sai Ram Prayaga from Hyderabad. I wanted to escalate my issue which has been unresolved from past 7 months.
In the month of March 1st week, I’ve shifted my house from Nagaram to Rampally. At my current location, my airtel network is very poor in regards to Internet and making calls. I need to climb to my terrace to catch the singles for all my incoming and outgoing calls. Attached my mobile homepage screenshot for your reference.
Spoke to multiple customer care executives and lodged complaint but later I realized that it was waste of my time as no body bothered to acknowledge my issue.
After few follow up’s the technical team addressed my complaint and assured me stating the network issue will be resolved by the month of July 2020 as they are fixing a tower. I seriously, got a concern that if the technical team is hanging on the tower as it’s already one month passed but no one reached me once again.
I’ve been into the Airtel family for 3.5 years with out any interruptions. I now change my perception about the provided as the service so pathetic due to which it is impacting my family commitments.
Do revert to my email as early as possible as it is hindering my work and personal life.
