I am a prepaid Airtel user. In my area, there’s very weak network connectivity because of which it is a struggle to make or receive calls. Every time we have to go out of our home to attend calls. I have asked the Airtel customer care representatives to resolve this issue, but nothing has changed yet. Moreover, their Airtel Thanks App do not work either for filing complaint as they write in their replies to emails.
Very much tired of this!
