At our home we are facing network problems from long time. we have made many complaints using various channels but we are alwys told that its problem from customer end. I am using a 5G phone but this time they say me my phone is not 4G compatible. My SIM is 5G ready but they say SIM is not 4G ready. Its longer than a year at our place we are facing network related problem. I bought a new 5G phone and live in 5G ready area.
might be 50-100 mtrs or more radius people couldnot use 5G while above this radius in all direction people freely use 5G and we face in 4G. We live in the centre of town i.e. Jhunsi in Prayagraj, UP.
Please tell them to do the needful because they are always trying to improve the network but these excuses couldnot make us a happy customer as they promise of open network and so ..so..
Please we cannot change our house to get to the good network coverage. They are spending on advertising that they can spend on service for which we pay .
