Severe fluctuations in the network since October 2020. Logged several complaints with customer care and with the Appellate Maharashtra. Technical Team and Network Team are not aware of ground reality. Zero assistance is provided and when there is no answer they move the problem to someone else to handle. I have emails and call recordings. Unable to even do a business meeting online, but bills the company wants paid in full every month.
