I have been facing network issues on Airtel from past few weeks. Initially, any call i get would get disconnected. Calls don’t get connected to my number most of the time. Sometimes when someone calls me up it doesn’t even ring for the other person.
Eventually, my internet also kept going off. Every time consider in a situation where i have to pay at a store using Paytm my internet wouldn’t work. I couldn’t make calls in case of emergency.
From past two days the network has been going off for a couple of hours. I raised a complaint to airtel through an email. From today morning 6 when i switched on my phone i have no service on my phone at all.
I have done everything possible like restarting my phone, switching off and on my phone, removing sim putting it back.
I even posted on their twitter handle an hour back. I got a reply from a customer care executive asking me to share my number.
I have shared. nothing has been done relating to my network.
I have recharged for a three month plan of 499 two weeks back, because of which i can’t port to another network also immediately.
