Dear Airtel Team,
thanks for your service in our location -574241
Since last week from exactly 7 30 pm to 11 PM the internet is completely shattered down, till 7 the internet speed was upto 15mbps with 40 or 50 ping time then immediately after 7 30 PM the same internet goes for 0.525 bytes with 150 above ping time.
please look into this it was hectic for people who doing work from home I’m one of it.
i have spoken with local tower manager i didn’t got any kind of support from them even though they have told we will look into this.
kindly check this error as soon as possible so that we can work on without switching to other networks
