Since 1 month I am facing network issues at my area – Mira Road, Thane. I have tried contacting the customer care team but they are really aren’t bothered to take my complaint. I have also got the sim card replaced but still the issue persist and facing call drops and low internet speed. In this situation where we have to work from home, I am seriously losing out on patience level with this.
Airtel is charging me full bill amount and i have paid them always on time. Same issue also happened last year and I was asked to change my phone.. My Samsung phone is just 9 months old. I am not a billionaire to buy new phones every year because of this bull shit network issues.
