I have opted for a 499 per month plan for my extrem fibre /landline no 022-49701843, I am not getting good speed and I am unable to understand the breakup of my monthly bill. It’s high time you should start a customer service with a direct line that is answered by an officer who will listen to the problem and helps the customer. ?
