Dear Airtel ,I have been a long user of airtel prepaid mobile services and iam happy also but unfortunately i have facing severe network issues at my home area which is located at jajpur road,odisha,there is lower signal and 4g network issues in my area ,signal is very poor only single tower or sometimes dissapear so causing failures in calls as well as internet,it is more in side my house which is very difficult to any call or internet usage, I already changes sim with new phones and trial them with,iam a working professional iam regularly using internet for work from home and in covid situation it is very difficult to do WFH due to signal issues several complains i have been given to customer care previously from one year but no results found hopefully this time you found a permanent solution for this.I welcome to your service engineer to visit my home also.
