I am bearing this from almost 1 year. Airtel claim it to be the fastest network everywhere. But in my location it’s a pathetic network. Airtel should take care of this. I have lodged complaint s over calls also. A simple regular reply is we are working on it and it will be rectified after 24 or 48 hours. After this time frame we get a msg that the issue is resolved hence the complain is closed. That’s it. But the issue is never resolved. Day by day the service is getting worst. Once I have lost 10 GB data after recharging a huge amount. At that time it was really expensive. Please take necessary action on this regard. We recharge the SIM but can’t use it properly.
