Sir/Madam,
Regarding airtel network issue in my area nothing has been done till now.
I have sent 20-30 emails and had talks with customer care and higher authority but nothing was done.
During this pandemic, everything is online and we face a lot of issue in attending meetings, working from home.
And it’s not me who is having issue, in my surroundings everyone who is airtel user is having same issue and there are hundreds of them experiencing 2g speed over 4g network.
It takes whole day for buffering which irritates a lot.
Some points to be noted:
1) Seeing my data usage, I know it’s over 1Gb per day but it’s all with buffering and finding signal here and there or at night when the net works faster.
2) Tried every method, Sim in slot 1, switching off phone and every other none of them work. At last, one of your customer care said that your nearby tower needs to be upgraded and it can’t be done in pandemic and ended up conversation satisfying me. Then when will you do this? After pandemic? When we will work from offices.
At last, I would like to say that please sir do something it’s my humble request. Really frustrated by network issue over here.
