Text of Complaint by Sakshi:

I am having the worst experience of airtel networks these days .
It is really very disappointing for me because i have recharged my sim card by an annual recharge but i m not able to even open app … It’s taking a lot of time.
I m full of remorse for this annual recharge and if nothing is done positive by airtel , i will have to port my simcard to another company.☹️☹️
