Hi Team,
I have ported my number along with my wife’s number from Vi to Airtel 6 days back on 2nd december. For this purpose – we were in contact with Nisha from Airtel team(contact : 7428127971). She has suggested us many post-paid plans. Out of all, we opted for 749/-(family plan 1+1). Then she sent a runner to handover both Sims and to take digital documents.
When a person from Airtel team reached to us. He did all documents formality and handed over both of the Sims and told has that both of the Sims will get activated in a couple of days.
When Airtel Sims got activated and we installed Airtel thanks application, we could see wrong plans(399/- each) have been activated . We immediately called up Nisha and she said we need to reach customer care to change it.
Facing network issue from day one & still its not resolved.
From 4th Dec onwards we have dialled 100 of times to correct it and we didn’t get any fruitful answers. For first time, customer care executive said the request has been taken and new plan will get activated in 2 days. Unfortunately, no change happened till now.
This is really frustrating behaviour of whole Airtel team to whom we have contacted so far. We request you to please correct my plan as I opted for earlier and please make this correct on critical priority basis.
One more thing, I would like to mention that I won’t pay a single penny for your team’s irresponsible behaviour. This
should be considered while billing me for the running cycle.
