Mai lagbhag 2 mahino se lagatar netwark ki shikayat kar raha hu, magar aaj tak netwark sahi nhi huwa. Customer care par lagatar phon kar raha hu jab bhi phon karta hu har baar lagbhag ek sa hi jabab milta hai magar netwark sahi nhi hota. Jab bhi recharge karata hu Bina net use kiye hi aise hi Sara balance kat jata hai . Agar mujhe net use karna hota hai to mujhe 2km door aana padta hai . Bena netwark ke na sahi se baat ho pati hai na net chala sakte hai. Indoor me hamesa emergency call hi dekhata rahta hai . Thak gaya hu shikyat karke . Agar netwark sahi ho sakta hai to theek nhi to ab recharge nhi karayenge .
