I have been facing this problem for a very long time even after the commitment from your nodal , appellate team on the soft optimization in my area. Because of this I am extremely frustrated and under immense mental pressure. Still I ain’t able to use your network/data appropriately. This has been my show stopper causing several hurdles being in this pandemic situation (covid-19) it is so challenging for me to work from home with your poor quality network affecting my professional work highly. Being your valuable customer to resolve this issue, I am in need of a technician from your end in -person. Awaiting response at the earliest from your end over call(7530074222) for further discussion ,not through mail . Hope my request will be addressed as soon as possible.
