I am using airtel more than 12 Years ie. Broad Band, DTH and Mobile. New Location I shift in Gurg has network Converge issue. After 6 mths discussion with Net and Appellate team of Airtel. Response on email is issue cannot be solved.
Airtel Team is saying on Mail. Issue cannot be resolved if I want I can opt-out. While 6 months Before Airtel has confirm they will solve the network issue and donot opt-out.
