- I’ve raised a complaint twice that we(as in my parents too as they are also airtel customers) cannot access network inside home(indoor). Either we get 1 bar or it completely goes NO SERVICE. We live in a city and not in some village area to have No service! Pathetic! I called them the first time on 8th of July – “Thank you for contacting us.The Service Req. No.for your Airtel No. is REMUR5BLR20210708812028,registered on 08-jul-2021 21:32.We will update you the status by 13-JUL-21”.
- It didn’t get resolved so called them again on 13th July – “Thank you for contacting us.The Service Req. No.for your Airtel No. is CQUKI3BLR20210713395578,registered on 13-jul-2021 15:19.We will update you the status by 21-JUL-21” this customer representative was too rude! Telling me that you don’t have to call again, your issue will be resolved.
- How long should I wait? It is Work from home now and I cannot sit outdoor 24/7 in the rain to access Internet or calls. Fake promise was given by representative!
WORST SERVICE EVER. - They want us to recharge time to time to access Internet or calls, sending so many messages, your pack is getting over etc. and later on NOTHING. Struggling from past 20 days!
