Hi Team,
I’ve been raising complaints regarding network issue since 2 years @airtel but the issue is not resolved yet i have been paying 380 or some times 600 every 3 months for the services which i am failed in utilizing due to network issue. Whenever i called a new complaint was raised but didn’t resolved yet. It is not only me but my whole area is facing the issue and i urged them to raise concern regarding this. All we got is fake sympathy. Please let me know if there is any other source for stronger action against them. This time i paid expecting to get resolution but as usual wrong information given to me that it will be resolved by 31st Aug. I want compensation from them so that i can port out
