Hi,
I am facing internet + calling related issues from long time.
whenever I call to VI customer care they always says there is some maintenance going on. Due to that you are facing this problem it will get resolved within 1 day. but it never resolved.
When I called again to their customer care representative they always keep me on waiting for longer time and disconnect the call by their side. I recharged my number recently with high cost. I feel like I wasted my money.
I want my money back for the down period.
it is almost one day my phone is unable to call and receive calls.
They should refund my recent recharge amount.
I lost my important calls due to their worst service.
I wants to write a lot about their bad service.
