Hello,
I just spoke to Mr. Mohit Kumar regarding some recharge related issues. I got to know some information from him & topic closed.
Next I asked him for my network issue which I already complained about that earlier. Executive told me no complain showing on his system. That means he lied to me or else before that I complained that was a false complain taken by your previous executives. Mr. Mohit Kumar refuse me to take complain about my network issue which I am facing since long & he simply asked me to replace the sim instead of giving me any sympathies that having network issue how much problematic now a days. Mr. Mohit Kumar literally told me that I am having a faulty sim which showing in his system.
Is it really possible that my sim quality is visible to your system tell me first. If you guys tell me that there might be some issues with sim card I may agree but how come he bluntly said that I have a faulty sim card which need to change as system showing. If really it is showing on airtel portal then why airtel wait for my call ?? Why airtel didn’t deliver me a replacement sim card??
My main concert is you guys are showing ads everywhere that no tolerance of network issue but as a customer when I called to your care your executive asking for a sim change instead of taking any complain or any solution of a genuine customer who is ported out from some other network with a faith of Airtel brand.
I need a solution & need an apology from Mr. Mohit Kumar for his behavior. Reason behind that without a proper resolution how come a call wrapping is so important for him !! Also I want my network issue to be resolve permanently.
