I am having problems with Wifi as it has lost access to internet. So I registered a complaint on Airtel Thanks App on 27 August around 1 PM. I had scheduled the visit on 27 August 5-6 PM. But I had received no input from Airtel service provider. I am getting really frustrated by this disgusting service from them. Daily I call to Customer Care 4 times and they say that your complaint will be resolved within 4 working hours or by today but no action taken from that day, today it is 1st September almost 6 days still no response from their end. I am out of words after this disgusting service from their end and assume myself fool as they are just consoling but taking no action. You can see how many times I have called customer. Even if I call today they will ask me to wait and have patience but here I am out of patience. I am unable to think what should I do with this useless box and my pack is active and money is deducting from that they know that problem is there and I am unable to access internet then also. Please solve this issue and I want compensation for this 6 days of irritation and my money …
