I have using jio since 2018 but till now I couldn’t get any proper network connection in our area. It always seems to be a network error. I called customer care so many times but they didn’t give any proper response. Now they are excusing with the silly reason like connections are increasing day by day so that it will happen . Also, I got bad response from Jio Kerala customer support they don’t even try to pick up the call. If the issue you didn’t take the action for that I Planned to move legally.
