I am facing network issues of Airtel since February ’20. Had ported my number from another service provider. I live in Kalina, Santacruz east. Calls cannot be heard, nor can the calling party hear me clearly. Several complaints have been made to Airtel, sim card also changed and replaced, but getting worse. Their customer service person who visited my home says it a network issue and cannot be resolved until they get permission to install tower in the area.
I am paying my bills regularly for such poor service. I am a senior citizen, not really moving out since the pandemic. The bad network problem is only in my area of residence.
Please advise.
