Hi, I am using airtel black ID number 10101011546370. I am facing poor network issue since 21.12.021. I called at 121 for query then the Airtel representative ask me to go for replacement of Copper to Fiber module. He taken request but no one attended. Further i called at 121 on 28.12.2021, 02.01.2022 and 03.01.2022, every time customer care representative ensure that next day airtel service person will visit, but till now no one visited at my home for the replacement. At this COVID pandemic situation my kids online classes and my office work is getting impacted. Hope team will understand the situation, I am writing this complain after multiple follow ups.
