Dear Sir/Ma’am
I am exstiting Customer of airtel Postpaid from last 5 years
Up to Before Last month I paid Surplus amount airtel against my bill
I given complient against network issue from last 4 years onwards in hyderabad Location in this 4 years I shifted 3 location in hyderabad, each and every location there is a network issue against this I given a complete to airtel but there is no use
They simple telling that It’s will take time maybe months and years from last 4 years onwards
Now My Non-Used Data almost 260GB if I convert into Pre-Paid Customer to Airtel or If I port to any other network this data going to Abolished from airtel end Every month I am paying almost Rs.500/- to airtel without Proper Network and Responce also
In my hand all Customer care Telephonic recording are there all paid bills and Other documental evidences are there
I am suffering with Call drop issue and very poor network issue in my location
Please take neccessary action
