I am facing Network Issue for the past on e year.
I have lodged the complaint with your customer care, in OCTOBER 2018. However, nobody is bothered to resolve the issue, which is lingering till date.
I have also referred the matter to your appellate.west@in.airtel.com, who is sending mail after mail, but not taking action.
Till now, the have exchanged more than 100 mails, but no action is being taken by them.
I have requested them to waive late payment fees or else approve my Port Out request, which is pending with them since long.
I have stopped the payment, because of network issue, which is not resolved yet.
Your Honour us requested to kindly help in this regard and convey the decision.
