From last more than three months we are facing severe problem due to poor network, you team has visited twice but they could resolve the issue. As per last communication with your team, it has been communicated that the repeater installed at our office is not functioning properly.
Last time also before about 5-6 months the team had resolved the issue, new repeater was also recommended but your team did not change and continued the same old repeater.
On 10th April 2019 the network team has visited our site and had picked up the repeater from our site (they had not replaced it) and had sent it to Jaipur for repair as per their verbal conversation, they had not given anything in written.
In-spite of several reminders and follow-ups we are still struggling with the network issue at our office. There is no update from the network team and nor the repeater has been installed back.
I would request to you please take the issue seriously and resolve it ASAP. We are facing severe problems here due to poor network coverage. We hope to continue and support Airtel, but how long?
Please get the issue resolved urgently.
