Frustrated customer car executive and the network

“AIRTEL” THE WORST PATHETIC..
I had a mutiple discussion with customer care that i call the them and i was asking about network issue they are like giving same answer ie: (our network team is in processing your issue you’ll be update within 24 or 48 hours ) since i have registered the the complaint ongoing network issue in my billing address on 30th of June with ID:31-3188258209205 another one on 17th of July with ID:31-309913824743, since i have registered a complaint there is no changes at all in my network in billing location it is same like before. Im facing this from past one year in same location but i thought it was my fault so changed my cellphone i took new one that too very costly now the issue is the same Data network , i have mailed more 20 mails regarding this issue but still issue same no changes at all, Now my first complaint registered has completed one month and second complaint on 17th of august i didn’t get any proper resolution from your side, i have to ask about the updates you never give any updates about the issue you people dont care about customer that to postpaid customer!!
Multiple time I called on customer care number and they are saying that they the concern network team assigned they will update 24 to 48 hours  we have taken your complaint to higher priority , for you people 24 to 48 hours is one month to two month I think, and I don’t know who the hell is this higher priority,  anytime when ever I call the answer by every customer care executive is this,  you don’t have the corporate thing in your system which must be updated by your so called network team , and I have raised my concern many times on call and via email however not received ant satisfactory answer.
However I have decided this time I’m not pay you single penny of my bill almost full of the July month I have not used proper data network, you have not responded for my complaints so why should I  give damn shit for you people , 21st August is due date if want to disconnect my network happily you people can you can, you can do whatever you want I’m not pay the bill and I’m filling a complaint towards airtel for not giving proper data network in my billing address you can check how my data has carry forward this month and other months too you  just fraud people by saying our network is fast then others come join us , airtel simply lie by saying it because i have experienced since a month your service towards a complaint you take more than one month for it , after disconnecting I’m just going to go other better network which is better in my area and I’ll have peacefull mind..
I’m gonna post this article in newspapers that how Mentally you harrass a person just by keeping him wait for long time just to connect a data , how frustrated you make a person , how ill you make him , I’m not mad to write this much big mail I am law person I work in court I too have many works, I don’t have time for your shitty network issue i have to keep aside my work and write you to understand that how you make a person go mad because this damn data network. I end this here but in my article I will write more about your discovery.
