I am in Sharjah from last one month I was landed over here on 25th jul before I went on airtel store at Ashok Viha,r I had conversations with your executive regarding the international call he told just recharge with 100 rs u will receive incoming call and also do outgoing as per the country charges you have to pay or it will deducted from airtel mobile balance, but when I was landed over here I didn’t receive any call and also didn’t make any call to anyone but afterward i also made a recharge of Rs.799 that is your interntional roaming pack i thought it would work when i unable to make call and received calls, then I raised a complaint to customer care regarding the same issue they didn’t help me out how to get out of this situation , I appreciate to Jio company they gave me best solution and I am fully satisfied with them I am receiving call and also making calls also but airtel unable to gave me any full fledge resolution of my problem, So i requested to airtel to look in my matter on a priority
