Hello Team,
I have raised Network issue in my area One year back to Airtel team.
But Last one year they visited my site and they said that we will update new tower in your area. But last one year they are updating same thing. they gave some tentative time lines to resolve this issue . but issue not resolved.
I am following with this team from last one year.
below are my complaint details :
reference no. 83981494 regarding Network issues on your Airtel mobile number 8861208781.
Can you please have a look and support me from this forum. I sent almost 100 mails on this issue from last one year. Every time this issue will assign to different people and they will say with in 72 hours issue will resolve. but its not happened from last one years.
KIndly help me.
