I am Amit pawar having airtel company no 9175631889 and I am facing lots of issue regarding calling and data usage i had raised a complaint for the same at customer care but I think they even don’t care about my complaint when I had ask for the status of the same customer care executive just give answer that complaint still not resolve and it is in open status and one more thing to add that they even know how to talk with customer even senior supervisor also don’t know how to talk with the customer, i had call to customer care on 3rd May 2019 time around 2.40 and talk with the senior supervisor Ravina Bhosale she are argue with me when I am asking for the completion status, she said company doesn’t having any problem if we loose 1 customer that the language they have use when they talk with the customer.
