Hi Team
Am unable to use Airtel internet at home as network is not a good coverage I even escalated calling customer care and writing emails but no use of this, I got confirmation saying there will be new tower installed end of august 2020 but this is over and am still unable to use Airtel internet. We are staying in city and beside my building has full network but our building does not have good network at all. Every time they are saying they are working on this but I really don’t understand this is taking more then 3 years to provide solutions most of the time they are closing my complaints also there is nobody to ask them ? Please help
