I Rochan Gandhi,
I am facing issue of network and I have raised to airtel as to appelate as per TAT. But still its not resolve and I have not pay bill of last month because of same but they charge me late fee and also sending reminder for not paying bill. But whenever I call to customer care for status they say sorry sir for it and all.. its in process it will get in 1 month. I have told them I will not pay bill till its not resolve even will not pay a single late fee charges. And this is not 1st time. I have attached the
