Sir, since from 6-7 months Iam facing problems related to Jio network in the location “SVVV, Gram Baroli, Indore(MP). It is the place where Iam working from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, although Iam sitting in Ist floor. So, for the whole day, it is impossible for me to make calls, or to use internet. In the same handset(Redme Note4) second sim is of Idea, and i have to use it for calling because full network of Idea is there. Regarding this matter many a times I had registered complaint, but till now, no resolution is there. After that, when I came to the network area i.e in my home which is in indore, I am facing the problem of call drop. and the person suppose calling me, heard the message ” the number u r calling is switched off “. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible, otherwise i have to leave Jio, and switch to Idea.
