The following are the issues
1. Call drops when on call
2. Phone number is unreachable inspite of signal on the phone
3. Unable to use Data services due to network issues
4. Bank OTP’ s not being delivered on time
5. Arrogant and non helping nature of the aplette official.
6. Phone number disconnected without any prior intimation.
7. Network issue service request not resolved for almost 1 year.
8. Improper account information
