Dear Team,
I am an airtel user since 10 Years and from last 6 Months I’m calling airtel customer care to register my complaint on call dropped and Complaint Number is .CCDRP21123264795And the funny part is the response which I get from the customer care i.e., “Network team is working on this and this will be fixed”. I don’t really understand where is this network team who can’t fix this problem since last 6 months. I’m unable to use my internet as there is not even single G network that the SIM is deducting. And then airtel flashes an advertisement that okhla has reported airtel the fastest network. How they have checked the speed i don’t know??
