hello sir
i am airtel customer at the location of sudampuri, Dist. wardha 442001.
i am raising compliant for network issue at my location last from the month of February. The customer executive raising the compliant open the ticket and the location network team is completed that compliant with completing their resolution with their perspective own resolution and closed the ticket without my satisfaction and my conclusion.
This process is regularly done by the month of February. but yet i didnt get my compliant resolutions and customer executive is unble to contact network team and repoen that closed tickets.
Is there airtel is don’t want do my satisfactions or dont take my compliant seriously.
I want full of waver in my bill till your team is able to resolve the problem
