Hello,

I am Nikita Paliwal, airtel user with a postpaid connection. Also, manage two other numbers of my family. And, now I am really frustrated with their network issues and unnecessary formalities.

FIRST : I am a resident of Meerut, and I hardly receive network inside the use. They talk about 4G, 5G, they can’t even provide network inside a built space at ground level, forget basement. We have to actually come out of the house to talk uninterruptedly.

SECOND: Another stupid formality, if I have to import my number from one state to another, I have to go to their office to re-submit my documents, as if I have changed my country, or my Adhar card number will change. Its not even the service provider change, that I have to re-submit my documents.How stupid of this, its such a waste of time to keep on visiting their office for such petty issues.

They have such expensive plans, and after paying so much, they do not even provide any relief to the customer, and frustrate them with their services.

Apart from it, if you have extended the bill due date by even 2 days, they cut your services, and plus you have to pay 100 Rs extra. and also have to bear the pain of no services (incoming as well as outgoing).

I think its time for a change, rather than going to your office and import my number to a different state, it better I go to some other service provider’s office, and change my service provider.
