I was migrated my prepaid number(8554822900) to postpaid and from day one I’m facing internet speed & network signal issue. which was reported to Vodafone under complaint no C004-59910015703 but till day Vodafone is not able to solve the issue and they are only generating the bills however I have paid the first-month bill even I was in trouble to use service. I have taken many followups with Vodafone over email but no positive response from Vodafone. So I suggested VF migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid but now they are asking to pay the bill. My question is if VF is not able to solve the issue and I was not able to use internet services because of the poor network then why should I pay the bill? Below is a sample response from VF.
Dear Abhijeet,
Thank you for contacting us. My name is Milind and I will be assisting you today regarding services for your mobile number 8554822900.
At the outset we regret the inconvenience caused to you.
With regard to your concern and as mentioned earlier, we reiterate that, our network engineer have done a detailed survey of your location and we have optimized the maximum possible coverage in your area that is available from the nearest cell site. However an immediate improvement is not possible.
We are sure you will agree that network expansion is an on-going process and it is only a matter of time before the situation improves in your favour. As a part of the overall network improvement process, which is continuing, the situation in your particular area will definitely improve.
Also as there is voice and data usage reflecting in your bills, we would not be in a position to reverse rental charges.
In view of our numerous correspondence with you in the past please treat this as our final correspondence on this matter.
Thank You!
Milind Waghmare
