I have been using Jio for the last one year for the number of +91 94953 58652. And since the last August I’m suffering from network issues with Jio. I had contacted the customer care several times and raised my concern. Unfortunately, their response was exactly same as they are doing some maintenance works on the tower and they do not know when it will get ready for all of my complaint calls. Till now, there were no improvements happened and they are trying to manipulate their customers by giving fake promises and hope. As I’m waiting for more than 10 months on their words, I felt really cheated with the service and their response. Also I’m experiencing the worst network connectivity among the mobile network companies.
I had paid a huge amount of money on recharge after taking thier words into my head. I really felt cheated with the service
