Since July 18 and well before that I have given complaint around 10months back regarding network issue indoor and outdoor. Was not able to use internet even if I have family memeber added. I am continuesly following up since December 18 but no response to it. They made me to pay last all payments with a commitment that it will be resolved. But again after payment now some or other fellow call me and troubling me to pay bills and talking unwanted things.
My lines very clear pay and take payments. But you only are in need of money but service wise no support.
Many times esclated to nodal level but no proper actions seen.
